My family and I spent five nights at Villa O and our only complaint was that it wasn’t enough time. The house is beautiful and Veronique was a hots extraordinaire! From the moment we booked Veronique was attentive and responsive to all of our inquires both about the house and about St. Martin. She offered to make reservations and arrange for a chef and masseuse to come to the house and happily set us up at the beach club nearby. The house is as pictured in the photos. Really spectacular. The beds and linens were comfy, the kitchen stocked with everything you may need to cook a meal (something we did often) and the living and lounge spaces plentiful. The view from all the bedrooms and the pool is out of this world. The whole experience was very luxurious. I was there with my family and we had lots of places to be together and lots of places to read or just chill on our own. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Villa O and hope to be back very soon.

As soon as we stepped through the substantial wooden door into the impeccably furnished Villa O, we knew we were going to have a great stay in Saint-Martin. My wife and I and three other couples rented the villa for 7 days and immediately felt at home in the large, open and airy space main space, flanked on either side by two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Looking out across Orient Bay, you’ll find yourselves spending much of your time relaxing outdoors in the leather seating area next to the pool or eating at the long table situated outdoors. Both the main pool and adjoining smaller pool are designed in the infinity type and very conducive to relaxing and chatting with friends. We found the sleeping areas to be very comfortable. Especially with the high-end AC units. Wooden shutters enclose your bedroom so the brilliant sunrise doesn’t wake you. The cleaning staff was at the villa several times during our week-long stay and did a fantastic job with minimal invasion of privacy. The villa is situated near a back entrance to the compound and very easy to access, although with several gates, you feel very safe. We spent several days enjoying Orient Beach which is a short walk/drive from Villa O. There are several fantastic restaurants right off the beach, as well as a small gourmet grocery store and newsstand. We would highly recommend Veronique and Villa O to any discerning traveler looking for a relaxing, high-end experience.

"Villa O is an exceptional property in the best location that provides an unparalleled view of Orient Bay. The property description and even the pictures do not do the property justice- it has to be seen to be believed. The salt water pool, the 4 beautiful bedrooms and the living space is so well appointed. The property was so clean and well maintained! The housekeeping staff was excellent. The owner met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. She stocked the refrigerator with beverages and other items so that we had provisions on our arrival with delicious fruit as well. The owner was available via text and made sure that any question we had was answered and she sent someone to fix an expresso machine pithing 10 minutes of my text to her. I have never experienced customer service to rival this."

It is my 6th time that I went to SXM. This is probably the best villa I stayed in. Stunning views of the Bay and Galleon Beach to St. Barth, St Kitts and Nevis.

Nothing is missing in the villa. Veronique is a fantastic host and the maid service fabolous. Nothing to add.

Even more beautiful than the photographs! Stunning from the moment you enter the property gate, Villa O is the perfect St. Martin house: spacious, comfortable, impeccably designed and outfitted, with a gorgeous ocean view. The four bedrooms are spacious and private. The main room and gourmet kitchen are perfect for cooking, relaxing, or even hosting a party, with a wall that opens to a fabulous deck and the sea breezes. The pool is beyond perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and secure and just a short distance from lovely restaurants, shops, and the beach at Orient Bay. Our hostess was warm and welcoming, and always available to answer questions or assist with reservations and suggestions. Absolutely wonderful.

We rented Villa O for a week at the end of January for a celebratory weekend with friends. The moment we walked through the door we were taken aback by the beauty of the villa and the view. We were met by the host who gave us a full overview of the villa, its amenities and the local area services. They had even stocked the villa with some wine, coffee, fruit and bottled water to ensure we felt welcome. We landed in St. Martin mid afternoon and before the sun went down were already relaxing in the pool.

The villa is just as beautiful in real life as it is in the online pictures. The kitchen, bedrooms and common areas are all extremely well appointed, and there is a great Sonos sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. We had a group of seven in the house and we found it to be spacious, with several different lounging areas. a cleaning service came in three times during the week (usually while we were at the beach) and cleaned from top to bottom. Also, the host was available to us by phone throughout the week to answer any questions we had.

Villa O is certainly one of the most spectacular homes we've seen in St Martin.

I stayed at Villa O with a group of friends in November 2018 and found the villa absolutely fantastic. The furnishings were top of the line, including everything from an induction oven to a high tech stereo system. The beds were supremely comfortable, as were the lounge chairs. The only complaint I have is that the villa was so comfortable that we didn't want to explore the rest of the island!

The view from the villa is stunning. You look out over a series of beaches with palm trees swaying all around you. It's a true paradise.

Our stay at Villa O was fantastic! The villa is absolutely stunning. Everything about it has been well-designed and thoughtfully put together. The flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces felt seamless. The infinity pools are gorgeous and the grounds are very private and secure. The views are just AMAZING– even from inside the villa (the pictures really don’t do it justice – it’s even more dramatic in person). And we loved the outdoor showers with a view out onto the ocean, too!

The villa had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is very well equipped and came stocked with all the essentials– even beer, champagne and fresh fruit upon our arrival. Just so many perfect, thoughtful touches throughout– the extra-wide poolside chaise lounges were sooo comfortable, the indoor/outdoor sound system is awesome (if you don’t already have it, be sure to download the SONOS app to your smartphone), the beds and linens are very comfortable, and each en-suite bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion).

Véronique was such a pleasure to deal with! She is a WONDERFUL host. She was very helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We can’t wait to come back!

Just returned from two wonderful weeks staying at Villa O in Orient Bay St Martin. It was wonderful! The villa is modern, clean , incredibly well stocked, and has one of the best views in Orient Bay. The view includes both Orient and Le Gallion Bays, with a clear view of St Barts. Sunrise was incredible. The villa has 4 complete en-suite rooms, and a large common area/kitchen that all open onto a huge multi-level patio with an two level infinity pool. The villa is owned and managed by Veronique, and she was every bit as wonderful to deal with as the villa was to stay in. She met us on arrival, had the place fully stocked, and showed us all of the features. She was a total joy to deal with both during the booking and our stay, always just a text away if we had any questions. We loved it so much that we are all booked for two more stays next year!!!!
